Toby Harris - President
Toby Harris is the Co-Founder of Movement Mortgage. He has decades of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry, which has proven instrumental in establishing a company that can support a sales team that spans the country.
Toby helped transform Movement Mortgage from a start-up in 2008 into an industry leader, employing over 4,000 employees in 50 states. Toby also co-founded the Movement Foundation in 2012 to create a Movement of Change in communities across the country.
As President and Co-Founder of Movement Joint Ventures, Toby created the “Mortgage JV-in-a-Box” model and has launched joint ventures across the country.
Toby is a John Maxwell Certified Team Member and serves as an Executive Coach and a national speaker. He specializes in helping companies define their vision and implement growth plans and employee leadership programs.
He has held several titles including Officer in the United States Army Reserve, Emergency Medical Technician, Search, Rescue Team Member and advanced scuba instructor. Toby has been an approved Direct Endorsement Underwriter for FHA loans for over 2 decades.
